Buyer
Finds the event on Discover or through a link a friend shares. Sees the date, venue and every ticket type.
Organizer
Sets up the event with its ticket types and prices, then publishes. Free events and paid events work the same way.

Checkout
Buyer
Picks a ticket type and pays securely. No account juggling, just a quick checkout.
Organizer
Sees the sale appear on the dashboard as it happens, with earnings updating live.

The ticket is issued
Buyer
Gets the ticket the moment payment clears. It is emailed and saved to their Tixkarios account as a QR code.
Organizer
Each guest is added to the live attendee list automatically.

Event day
Buyer
Opens the QR code on their phone and shows it at the gate. Nothing to print.
Organizer
Scans each QR code with the free scanner app. The ticket is checked and the guest is let in.

Buyer
Nothing more to do. Enjoy the night.

Payouts land within 24 hours, and the dashboard shows exactly what came in.
Where the money goes
You choose who pays the fee.
Paid events carry a small fee per ticket sold. Here is a ₦10,000 ticket in Nigeria at 4% + ₦100, shown both ways.
You cover the fee
The fee comes out of each sale. Buyers pay the ticket price and nothing extra.

- What if I can't find my ticket?
- Your QR code is in your confirmation email and in your Tixkarios account, so you can open it from either one.
- What if an event is cancelled?
- Ticket holders are notified by email and refunded according to the event's policy.
- Can I get a refund?
- It depends on the organizer's policy for that event, which you can read on the event page before you buy.
- What if my event is free?
- Guests still get a QR ticket, and you still get the scanner and the live attendee list. It costs nothing.
